Friday March/1,/2013 - 10:07 (UTC) In complex systems with hierarchical structure, such as that of the human system, the one who is in the upper levels feels fine when he is falling but does not accept the reality and relying on the resilience of the system often carries in his fall the entire system. To be able to bring the human system to a stable balance without catastrophic events one has to trigger a fluctuation changing in attractive perturbation, stronger than the resilience of the same system and causing a turbulence upsetting the chaotic running condition making so to perceive the necessity of a new order fixing a new dynamic balance on the edge of chaos.
