(UTC) In complex systems with hierarchical
structure, such as that of the human system, the one who is in the upper levels
feels fine when he is falling but does not accept the reality and relying
on the resilience of the system often carries in his fall the entire
system. To be able to bring the human system
to a stable balance without catastrophic events one has to trigger a
fluctuation changing in attractive perturbation,
stronger than the resilience of the same
system and causing a turbulence upsetting the
chaotic running condition making so to perceive the necessity of a new
order fixing a new dynamic balance on the edge of chaos.
