The salary is based on three levels:
fixed salary, proportioned to the undertaken responsibilities and carried out
variable salary, rising from results achieved individually
share due to participating to the results obtained by the body (enterprise, association,
institution, etc.) related to the participant.
Basic pay (fixed) is set, indeterminately, in relation to the responsibility and function of each participant and is proportioned to the average per capita revenue of each Country.
The variable pay consists of a percentage on the economic results coming from the personal activity and initiative of each participant.
The participation to the results is proportional to the basic pay.
