likely collapse of the legal tender.
According to the most careful and free financial analysts, supported by
a recent and clear speach
of the Federal Reserve chairman, all current legal tender
currencies, including US dollars, euro, yen and yuan, are in danger of
collapsing because of an immense mass of circulating whose nominal value is now greater than 50
times the global GDP.
Moreover, all legal tender coins are now worthless real (if it were not
so there would be no need of legal tender).
The effects of the collapse are imaginable, for both the public and for
private ones. The only alternative to legal tender, particularly
internationally, appear to be bartering and also gold and other precious
metals used as means of payment.
We're thinking but also to a global currency
would also be legal tender and therefore would not solve the problem.
Ten years ago, in anticipation of what is happening, a new currency was
introduced for the real economy based on work with an

implosion of humanity and the destruction of the environment the
inhabitants of the Earth have to gain conscience of reality, rebel towards
the existent, take power, redistribute wealth and undertake the
responsibility of their own future through initiatives able to cause the
transformation of the hierarchical structure in a conarchical one. To gain
conscience one has to enquire and to know. To rebel one has to win fear and
choose the risk of trying new ways instead of accepting the certainty of
the end. To take power the inhabitants of the Earth have to elect directly
a government to be provided with all the powers in
order to reverse the current human society disintegration and environment
destruction processes. To redistribute wealth humanity will have to
substitute current legal tender currencies with a labour currency. To
undertake full responsibility the inhabitants of the Earth must think and
act consequently, adopting and accepting new rules to assure maximum
possible freedom to each one. To trigger the transformation process of the
structure from hierarchical to conarchical, two or more parts of humanity
must blend so that the force of their unity will be enormously greater than
the sum of the forces of its parts.

2006 and 8 October 2007, while the United States Dollar lost almost 12%
compared to the Euro (from 1.26 to 1.41), the Dollar purchase power dropped
27% and the one of the Euro 13%. As
effect of the purchase power of the two currencies, Dhura has had to update the issue reimbursement cost for the Dhana for each country.

we had foreseen, in less than three weeks the US Dollar has suffered nearly
4 per cent loss against the other currencies. That's
happened as effect of the excessive monetary mass compared to the goods it
represents and also owing to the real estate market crisis. The loss of the
American currency could have been much higher if Dhura hadn't
suspended, following the letter dated August the 30th, considerable assets denominated in US Dollars. Unfortunately, with
the half base point reduction of the discount rate
on September the 18th 2007, the Federal Reserve is causing a further increase of the monetary mass followed by the
consequent devaluation of the US Dollar and the increase of the oil price
for the next weeks, risking a real effective global financial crash. To
avoid this forecast, Dhura will keep suspending and withdrawing assets
denominated in US Dollars from the market for a few weeks, at the same said
conditions.

international law, the selfdetermination principle was set after the
Second World War, with the United Nations Charter. The 2nd paragraph Article 1 Chapter I establishes the UN aim as «
To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the

other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace». With the International pact about civil and politic rights, accepted by the
United Nations Assembly on 16th December 1966 and come in force on 23rd
March 1976, the adherent States undertook the obligation

their freedom to «decide freely about their political status» and to
«pursue freely their economic social and cultural development». The
decolonization process allowing developing Countries to call free
elections, give themselves their Constitution and choose the form of
government without having to undergo pressures from the other Countries is based on this principle.

The majority of humanity lives in poverty due to an enormous wealth
distribution disparity. Legal tender currency is the means for the
concentration of wealth in few hands. Currency was born to represent goods.
Because currency has been issued in a bigger
quantity than the goods it should represent, law set currencys value. It
has become a fake bill with no expiring date. If currency had a real value it wouldnt need legal tender. The only means to
redistribute wealth is currency with real value assigned in equal parts
among all the inhabitants of the planet. Because work is the fundamental
measure for goods value, currency shouldnt
represent goods but work. The adoption of the currency based on work and
not on goods doesnt depend upon enterprises or
banks; indeed it depends on workers that can ask it as payment instead of
legal tender currency. If not theres nothing else
to do than accept poverty. Its upon the workers.
If they want, they can. A currency asked for as payment by the majority of
the inhabitants of the Earth becomes worldwide currency and substitutes
legal tender currencies issued by banks.

Advanced restitution of the original capital made available to Holos Global

Between 2001 and 2002 monetary resources equivalent to 11,452 billion US
Dollars were made available to carry out the Holos Global System Program,
and enterprise capitals with nominal value par to 12,932 billions Euro were

control committee» appointed according to the Rules for the election of the
International Assembly, article 8, the proclamation
of 325 elected persons cant be considered as certain, due to the
continuous interruptions of the voting procedures caused by the termination
of the voting program of computer services providers from some countries. Therefore, for a higher guarantee of the elected persons and of the
voters, the election will have to be repeated
