Remuneretion

The salary is based on three levels:

  • fixed salary, proportioned to the undertaken responsibilities and carried out functions;

  • variable salary, rising from results achieved individually

  • share due to participating to the results obtained by the body (enterprise, association, institution, etc.) related to the participant.

Basic

Basic pay (fixed) is set, indeterminately, in relation to the responsibility and function of each participant and is proportioned to the average per capita revenue of each Country.

Performance

The variable pay consists of a percentage on the economic results coming from the personal activity and initiative of each participant.

Results

The participation to the results is proportional to the basic pay.
